Chicken ball soup is made from chicken, vegetable stock and various other ingredients. Here I put an easy and simple Homemade Chicken Ball Soup Recipes so that you can make it in your home and enjoy with your family and friends.
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken Breast-2
- Carrot thinly slide-1 medium
- Buttons Mushrooms thinly slide- 8 to 10
- Spring Onions Finely Chopped- 2 stalk
- Soya Sauce-2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Stock-4 Cups
- Garlic Finely Chopped- 4 to 5 Cloves
- Celery Finely Chopped- 1 Inch Piece
- Fresh Coriander Leaves- 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Process:
- Firstly, heat vegetable stock in a non-stick pan. Add salt, soya sauce and let it simmer. Now add carrot, mushrooms and spring onions bulbs to the stock and mix.
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and put in the blender along with celery, coriander Leaves, garlic and salt and blend to a fine paste. Then divide into twelve equal portions and shape them into small balls.
- Now, add the chicken balls in vegetable stock one by one, stir lightly and bring it to boil. Now switched of heat and serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
