The Stelle Lomont Rouhani Architects has design the Ocean Deck House located in Bridgehampton, New York for a family that enjoys entertaining guests and cooking.
This is a large residential project communicating with the oceanfront through a series of cantilevered decks and rooftop terraces in US.The open layout is ensured on each floor of the house and there are three distinct zones on each floor with an exterior that is predominantly covered in wood for a very cozy natural ambiance. The ground floor is nestled into the dunes and combines wood with concrete on the paved patio leading to the swimming pool as well as a covered area for ping pong and an outdoor fireplace.
The other parts of this level are dedicated for storage and access to the main floor via a cantilevered outdoor staircase that brings you to the atrium.The main floor contains a family room in the center and all the bedrooms, while the upper floor contains the best view from the living, dining area or kitchen extending to a deck with its own herb and vegetable garden.
